As you know, I have recently closed on my house. I wanted to take a moment and let you know about Jason Kaczmarski's work ethic and guidance while going through this process.

My home search process has been long and challenging. I started looking for a house last May, so it took me a year to find the house I want and to actually close on it (I put in a few offers that did not work out). Another challenging part of this long process was finding an agent who would be perfect for me. I did not have very high standards for an agent - I needed someone who is smart, fast to react and adapt to changes and situations, sharp, helpful, can stay calm and collected during crisis, listens to my needs and tries to accommodate them, knows the market and can advise accordingly. Attention to details within contracts was also important to me, as I cannot afford to make mistakes while preparing a contract. Jason was all these things and more! Thank you so much for recommending him. We had an extremely challenging and frustrating closing process which lasted 2 months and required three extensions. Jason helped out in the best possible way the whole time. He is a truly hard working professional. Very good at what he does, resourceful and intelligent. Even more so, he is passionate about his job, and always reachable (no matter how late or frequent communication is). Also, he accommodates his customers' needs to the best of his ability and his turn around time is super fast. I could not have done this without him, and I will recommend him to all my friends and colleagues at Vanderbilt University. My family observed his ability to facilitate and help me, and I kept hearing praises about his personality and work ethic.

I'm sure you are fully aware of how great Jason is at what he does, but writing this letter was the least I could do, and I hope you can print it and display it somewhere where other people/his colleagues could see it. I wish there were more real estate agents like Jason,  home buyer's lives would be a lot easier!
