Kiplinger rates Nashville #3 in "Best Value Cities"

The September 2011 issue of Kiplinger Finance magazine shows Nashville, Tennessee ranked at # 3 in America's "Best Value Cities."  The article cites our diverse job market (entertainment of course, as well as healthcare and education), cost of living (10% lower than the national average) and low cost housing (28% below the national average) as economic factors influencing the ranking.  Nashville also has plans for the preservation of nearly 22,000 acres of public and private land according to Mayor Karl Dean.
