Signs the worst may be over in real estate

If you ask an agent from The Ashton Real Estate Group about the state of the real estate market in Nashville, they would tell you (and show you by their sales numbers!) that there are signs of improvement....  that the "worst may be over" in terms of the real estate downturn.  The word is spreading, and now the Tennessean newspaper agrees.

Signs of the improvement include an increase in the median home price of $174,500 (December 2010), well above the median price of $164,000 a year ago.

The Ashton Real Estate Group, one of the clear front-runners in web presence in the Nashville Real Estate market, can be sited as a good indicator of interest in the local market.  The web traffic at the site is like a barometer for interest and consumer confidence in the Nashville Real Estate Market....  and the mercury is up!
